Crown Growth Systems provides lead-generation services, delivering inquiries and prospect information to client businesses on a pay-per-lead basis. Specific deliverables, lead criteria, pricing, volumes, and territory are set out in a separate written agreement or order between you and us. Nothing on this website is an offer or guarantee of any specific result, lead volume, or revenue.

2. Inquiries & Communications

When you submit an inquiry, you consent to be contacted by Crown Growth Systems by phone, email, and — where you have separately opted in — SMS text message, regarding your inquiry and our services. You confirm the contact details you provide are accurate and that you are authorized to use them.

3. SMS / Text Messaging Terms

By affirmatively opting in to receive SMS messages from Crown Growth Systems through the SMS consent option in our chat widget, you agree to these messaging terms. Starting a chat or providing a phone number does not, by itself, constitute consent to receive SMS marketing messages.

  • Program: Crown Growth Systems sends transactional and marketing text messages, including inquiry replies, appointment and follow-up reminders, account and service notifications, and promotional offers, according to the consent you provide.

4. Fees & Payment

Where you engage us as a client, fees are charged on a pay-per-lead basis (or as otherwise agreed in writing). Payment terms, lead pricing, minimums, and any replacement or credit terms are set out in your service agreement. Unless stated otherwise, fees are exclusive of applicable taxes.

5. Lead Quality & Replacements

We take reasonable steps to deliver qualified leads that meet the criteria agreed in writing. Where a delivered lead does not meet those criteria, our replacement or credit process (set out in your service agreement) applies. We do not guarantee that any lead will convert into a sale, and we are not responsible for how you contact, handle, or convert leads.

6. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for your own compliance with all applicable laws when contacting leads — including consent, telemarketing, SMS/email, and privacy laws in your jurisdiction. You agree to contact leads only for legitimate business purposes and to honor any opt-out requests you receive.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, design, logos, and graphics — is owned by or licensed to Crown Growth Systems and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

8. Disclaimers

Our website and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, and we make no guarantee of specific results, income, or lead performance.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crown Growth Systems and its officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the services giving rise to the claim in the three months preceding the claim.
